Affordable guest accommodations right on campus

UFV Guest Accommodations are located on our beautiful park-like Abbotsford campus and open for individual and group reservations, Mid-May to Mid-August.

The 2026 season is scheduled to be open from Friday, May 15, 2026 - Sunday August 16, 2026

Note: Two night minimum stays and all requests must be pre-paid by credit card.

Reservation

All reservations must be made at least one business day (Monday to Thursday) in advance of your arrival. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from Guest Housing confirming the details of your stay.

Features

We offer quad (with 2 private washrooms, single studio (with private washroom) and single (with communal washroom) style accommodations in a new modern building. Each room is equipped with:

Toweling and Bed linens (sheets, pillow, blanket)
Guest Wi-Fi
Common kitchens and study rooms on each floor

Rates

Per person (except for Quads), for the 2026 season. (Subject to change)

Quad	Four private bedrooms, shared kitchenette, two shared washrooms.	$399.00 per quad/per night
Single Studio	Private bedroom, study area, kitchenette, and washroom.	$149.00 per night
Single	Private bedroom & study area, communal washrooms and kitchens.	$99.00 per night
Group Rate (10+ persons) or Long Term rates		Please contact us!

*Applicable taxes (7% PST, 5% GST, 3% Tourism tax) will be charged on the nightly rates.

For groups of ten people or more, please complete the Group Booking request form or contact Conference Services for a personalized group rate.

Lounge Area: Available on each floor with televisions and shared kitchen.
Laundry: Laundry facilities available on all floors.

Location: Close to Highway #1 and Abbotsford International Airport

Check in: between 1 pm and 6 pm
Check out: 11 am
Cancellation: Cancellations must be received by Conference Services between Monday and Friday and at least 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your arrival. Please send your notice of cancellation via email to guesthousing@ufv.ca. Should we not receive your cancellation 72 hours in advance of your arrival, or if you fail to show up on the arrival date, any payments you may have made to hold this reservation will be forfeited.
