As members of the Housing community, students living in UFV Housing are governed by two key documents and the laws of Canada. The Housing & Campus Living Contract outlines contractual obligations between the student and the University of the Fraser Valley.
Housing & Campus Living Handbook
The Housing & Campus Living Handbook provides information on policies and procedures and details the behavioural expectations of all students, their guests and the penalties for discipline violations. Please note that university housing does not fall under the Residential Tenancies Act.
