EFCIE partnered with Stólō Community Futures (SCF) to deliver a four-day workshop “Commercialization Training for Indigenous Technology Entrepreneurs” from March 3–6, 2026 at Stólō Nation, Chilliwack for the National invention to Innovation (i2I) Network.
The workshop was oversubscribed and nearly 20 participants engaged in interactive workshops, discussions, and collaborative learning activities focused on transforming ideas and early-stage technology solutions into viable products and services.
This initiative reflects UFV’s continued commitment to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and community partnerships that empower Indigenous entrepreneurs and contribute to regional economic development.
