PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Join ABT’s part-time program in September. The program runs asynchronously and fully online, and students take the courses in modules following a set schedule.

Developed with working professionals in mind, the part-time program provides the administrative training to expand and elevate graduates’ professional opportunities.

This program is perfect if:

  • You are a working professional with the capacity to study asynchronously while following a prescribed academic schedule.
  • You already have a degree or diploma but want to add some hands-on office administration skills to your portfolio.
  • You have been working in an office environment for some time but would like to refresh your skills to become proficient with new office technology.

Once you have completed the Applied Business Technology (ABT) program, you will have the business, computer, and office skills necessary to be successful in any office environment. The rapid growth of industry in the Fraser Valley has resulted in a continuing demand for well-trained administrative professionals. ABT graduates are in high demand, and employers often ask specifically for ABT graduates.
