At UFV, the Conflict Resolution Office (CRO) assists staff, faculty, and teams in handling conflict situations. Whether through informal talks or formal procedures, we're here to guide you through challenges, find solutions, and promote a positive campus atmosphere. Additionally, we create programs, and review policy to promote a safe, respectful, and healthy environment for all.
Services we offer
The Conflict Resolution Office provides support services including:
- Confidential advice and support
- Mediation services
- Intervention and support
- Management of formal and informal harassment and bullying claims and complaints.
- Collaboration with the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights Office
- Training opportunities, such as department-specific sessions and Respect in the Workplace Training.
