Wait for the next intake in which there is seat

Upon meeting the program requirements, you will be waitlisted for the programs next start date. Note that you will be added to the waitlist in order of the date in which all entrance requirements are met.

WAITLIST TIMELINE: The timeline for receiving a seat offer from the waitlist can vary depending on several factors, including the date you complete your application, the technical training plan, the number of students ahead of you and their decisions—such as accepting their seat, deferring admission, or withdrawing their application. This process is dynamic and tends to shift more frequently as we approach the start date of the class when final decisions are made.

Please note that waitlists are managed in-house by the program coordinator and are not visible on myUFV student account. If you would like an update on the status of your application or waitlist position, feel free to reach out to us at trades@ufv.ca.

OFFER OF ADMISSION: Approximately four months prior to the program start date, we will begin offering seats via email requiring $200 commitment fee to register into the class.

If we cannot reach you after three attempts, your seat will go to the next applicant on the list.
