SRRO drop-in appointments

Have a quick question? Students are welcome to drop by the office to speak to a SRRO Specialist.

Please note, drop-in appointments are not guaranteed, as they are subject to staff availability. When possible, students are encouraged to book an appointment in advance.

Important info about drop-in appointments

  • Drop-in appointments are for quick questions. If you need to discuss a question or concern more in-depth, please book an appointment with an SRRO Specialist.
  • Our office is closed on statutory holidays and when the university is closed. Please refer to UFV’s dates and deadlines for office closures
  • Time slots are 15-min long and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to staff availability.
  • If you are looking for support, we encourage you to visit the Student Support Centre.

 

When & where drop-ins are offered

  • In person at the Abbotsford campus, S3127, Building S — 3rd floor (Student Union Building)
  • 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM
