Important Notice – Week of May 5 to May 9, 2025

To support students submitting Required to Withdraw (RTW) appeals ahead of the May 6th deadline (noon), SRRO Specialists will not be available for booked appointments from May 5 to May 9.

We will be processing RTW appeals and offering 15 minute drop-in appointments. If you need assistance with your RTW appeal, please visit our office in person from 9AM to 4PM. No appointment is needed. 

While we will also be accepting drop-ins for other questions, we will be prioritizing appointments for appeals with approaching deadlines.

Important info about drop-in appointments

  • Drop-in appointments are for quick questions. If you need to discuss a question or concern more in-depth, please book an appointment with an SRRO Specialist.
  • Our office is closed on statutory holidays and when the university is closed. Please refer to UFV’s dates and deadlines for office closures
  • Time slots are 15-min long and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you are looking for support, we encourage you to visit the Student Support Centre.
