When submitting your content, please proofread it carefully. View UFV Style Guidelines. Internal communications must have a clear UFV component; if there is no direct connection to UFV it will not be circulated. We retain the right to edit for clarity and brevity. We will determine the appropriate timing, channel, and frequency for your announcement.
Submit news for faculty, staff, students, and the community
UFV Today e-news is delivered once per week on Monday mornings to all employees. Announcements targeted to students will be made through myUFV.
- UFV Today submission deadline is 8 am Friday.
- Stand-alone UFV_All mass email to all employees (used sparingly, mostly for urgent messages — at the discrimination of the UFV communications team)
