The Business Process Management (BPM) microcredential will guide you through a recognized method for enhancing efficiency through the optimization of business processes, leveraging data-driven tools, and collaborating on decisions. Moreover, it is also a structured approach for tackling challenges related to process efficiency, cost management, time management, waste reduction, and improvement. By mastering the BPM program, managers and professionals will gain indispensable skills applicable for various industries.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the core principles of BPM.
- Document business processes in their current situation.
- Identify key efficiencies.
- Model business processes in As-IS and To-Be status using BPMN2.0

This course's content will prepare individuals to be BPM professionals who are equipped to apply these principles to enhance their daily operations and drive sustained improvements. Please note that current PMP certificate holders who complete this microcredential can also claim 12 hours of professional development training toward maintaining their PMP certification with PMI.
