The portfolio info session introduces the creative industry and UFV's Graphic + Digital Design diploma and BFA options. Instructors, students, and alumni will be on hand to give advice on portfolios, answer questions, and give a tour of the studios and labs.

Portfolios submitted by Tuesday April 24, 2018 will be given priority in the review process. Please follow portfolio requirements carefully and submit all essential items.
Early portfolio submission deadline: Tuesday April 24, 2018, for applicants who filled out their UFV application by April 3 Late portfolio submission deadline: Tuesday May 29, 2018, for applicants who filled out their UFV application by May 8
Interview: Short listed applicants may be required to attend an interview. International or out-of-region applicants may be interviewed online via Skype or Google Hangouts.
Notification of Acceptance
All accepted applicants will receive a letter of acceptance from the Office of the Registrar. To accept your offer and secure your seat in the Graphic and Digital Design program, pay your $200 registration deposit. View payment methods.
Register for courses
Registration for fall 2018 courses takes place after the admissions process is finalized, typically beginning in mid-June. Follow the steps to find out how to register and use the myUFV portal to find your pre-assigned registration time.
Equipment requirements (MacBook Pro laptop) will be finalized in July 2018. New students will receive an email notification.
Fall semester begins on Tuesday, September 4, 2018
New students are required to attend two mandatory GDD lab orientation sessions taking place during the first week of class.
