This course will give you an introduction to the practical foundation, principles, and techniques of project management. By blending theory with hands-on application, you will get to work with real-world case studies that will teach you how to:
- Use standard project management tools.
- Apply essential methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall).

By the end of the course, you will have full knowledge of the entire project lifecyle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
