Financial Aid & Awards offices in Abbotsford and Chilliwack are now open weekdays for drop in and in person appointments. Find our hours of operation here . Physical distancing measures will be in place.
A secure drop slot is now available at our Abbotsford campus for application and document drop off. Please ensure your documents are together and in an envelope with your UFV Student number. The drop slot is located just past the Student Services doors (B214) under the Financial Aid & Awards info boards.
The Part-Time Studies Application is available in the StudentAid BC form library and we are now accepting applications for Fall 2021. Your completed application may be scanned and emailed as a single pdf file to email@example.com . Please ensure your application is complete. Photos (jpeg, png, etc) of applications and links to shared drives will not be accepted.
The deadline to submit Part time applications for the Fall is Wednesday, November 3rd.
Adult Upgrading Grant applications for Fall 2021 are available. The application is a pdf fillable and will be accepted by email with scanned copies of all required documentation. Please download and save the 2021-2022 Adult Upgrading Grant Application and our Adult Upgrading Grant checklist for full instructions on completing and submitting your application. Please ensure your application is complete when submitting by email. Photos (jpeg, png, etc) of applications and links to shared drives will not be accepted.
*PDF fillable documents should be viewed and completed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. User settings can prevent a form from opening, if you get a "Please Wait" page in a browser, select the "Open in Acrobat" link to the right of the screen. Be sure to save the form once complete to ensure it saves your information.
NOTE: You do not need to be registered to apply for funding, however, you do have to enter the courses you intend to take.

Interest-Free Status * Effective February 2019, B.C. student loan interest has been eliminated. Interest-free for Canada student loans is now applied for through National Student Loan Service Centre.
