When should I use the project intake request form?
- Use the web project intake form if you think your request is likely to require multiple steps and/or more resources than a simple web request.
- If you submit a web support ticket that is complex or resource-intensive, we may ask you to submit this project form instead.
What happens after I submit the project intake form?
The marketing web team will review and assess your project request, then contact you about next steps. We prioritize requests based on the project's alignment with UFV’s strategic goals, current projects, and resource availability, and may not be able to support your project.
Our intake and review process may take several weeks, so please be sure to submit your request with as much lead time as possible.
