Project overview
UFV’s Mission location is being reimagined and redeveloped. The campus will host a number of academic programs, including teacher education and early childhood education, work-integrated community programs, and research centres.
Project features
- Designed in partnership with local Mission Stó:lō community leaders, as a representation of authentic truth and reconciliation
- Program spaces designed to encourage Indigenous ways of knowing and being, faculty-student interaction, and active learning
- A learning commons area devoted to truth and reconciliation
- Classrooms and classroom equipment to be fitted for piloting progressive technology that aligns with a technological advanced K-12 school system
