UEC Pre-Check Subcommittee

The UEC Pre-Check Subcommittee (formerly the UEC Screening Subcommittee) usually meets every two weeks. 

The agenda deadline is at 12 noon one week prior to the meeting, as committee members will require sufficient time to review proposals once the agenda has been compiled. The schedule below will be as accurate as possible, but is subject to change based on committee members' availability. Some meetings may be cancelled if there is a lack of items to review.

Note: Items must typically be approved by a Faculty Council Curriculum Committee and/or Faculty Council before submission to Pre-Check, as per the program and course approval processes.
