Next Steps

  • The Space Planning Advisory Committee (SPAC) meets monthly and will review your request at the first available meeting.
  • Space Requests are considered on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  • If further information is required Campus Planning and Facilities Management will reach out independently, or at times, SPAC might require the requestor to attend a meeting to clarify and/or better understand the requestor’s needs.
  • Once the committee has reviewed the submission and has made their recommendation, the Business Manager for the area will communicate back to the requestor.
  • If you require further information and/or follow-up, please contact the Business Manager for your division.

The hope is that the process will ensure that all space and renovation requests are handled transparently and efficiently, aligning it with UFV’s academic, administrative, and operational visions.

CPFM would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we streamline this process.
