Request a letter from Academic Advising
If you require a letter to secure a scholarship, pay-per-credit or other purposes, fill out this form. The UFV Academic Advising Centre will issue a letter within five to ten business days of receiving your request.
Note: You may be contacted and asked to book an appointment with an academic advisor before the letter can be issued.
Enrolment or completion letters
If you require an Enrolment or Completion letter, log in to your myUFV account, go to 'Student Record Requests'. Select Enrolment or Completion Letter, then select the term and letter type from the drop-down menu and click 'Continue'.
Completion letters are available after you receive a graduation application update email from the Office of the Registrar.
Note: Academic Advising does not provide verification of enrolment letters.
