Contact your home institution/company

Once you receive your booking confirmation, contact your institution/company and provide them with Assessment Services address and email listed below, along with the date you have been confirmed to write with us. 

Your institution may have additional forms and/or processes to follow when booking invigilation services from another institution. It is your responsibility to ensure you have followed these processes and provided your institution with any information they require related to your exam booking with UFV.

Payment for your exam

$60 payment is due when you arrive for your exam.

We accept credit and debit cards (no cash). If your exam is longer than 3 hours, there is an additional $10/hr charge.

Returning of completed exam

Assessment Services will coordinate with your home institution/company to return your completed paper exam within 2 days. Note: Candidates are responsible for any applicable mailing or courier fees.
