Refunds are issued to students who have withdrawn from UFV or to grads who have completed their studies.
- Refunds are issued to the cardholder only.
- Allow four to six weeks to process refunds.
- Refunds are processed by cheque or direct bank deposit.
- A refund processing fee of $25 applies to the Cascade Cash account.
- Remaining balances of less than $25 are forfeited.
- Bring completed form(s) along with ID to the Campus Card office.
Refunds by cheque
A cheque will be mailed to you.
Complete the Cascade Cash Refund Form.
Refunds by direct deposit
For direct deposit into a Canadian bank account.
Complete the Cascade Cash Refund Form and provide a void blank cheque.
Or you can complete the Cascade Cash Refund Form and the Canadian Direct Deposit Form.
Refunds by international wire transfer
For direct deposit into an international bank account.
Complete the Cascade Cash Refund Form and the International Student Refund Request Form.
An additional $50 processing fee applies to deposit refunds into an international bank account.
Refunds for housing students
Complete the Cascade Cash Refund Form.
Indicate the date you no longer require access to Cascade Cash.
Remaining Cascade Cash balances are sent to your housing account.
Housing Services reconciles remaining balances with any housing fees owing to you into one refund.
