A personalized employee Campus Card serves as your University ID, Library and Cascade account card, and provides access to the Student Activity Centre. It can also be used to demonstrate your affiliation to those external to UFV.
An @ufv.ca work email address is provided for business use. You can access your inbox using either your MS Outlook desktop or online (web) mail client.
Employees can securely access our MyUFV portal to update your address, review paycheck records, tax forms, view leave (e.g., vacation) balances, and so much more.
We provide secure wired and wireless internet access while on campus. We also have our own in-house Information Technology (IT) Services Help Desk, Knowledge base, and “employee tech guides” to assist if you aren’t so tech-savvy.

Our on-site Bookstore sells select name-brand software (e.g., Microsoft; Adobe) at discounted academic prices. Employees can also purchase Microsoft Office for home use at a reduced price through the Microsoft Home Use Program. Other educational discounts are available to university employees through the Apple Education Store.
The Canadian Association of University Business Officers (CAUBO) offers preferential car rental rates, hotel rates, and moving/relocation rates, available to faculty and staff working at CAUBO-member institutions, including UFV.
