Project description
This project advanced ongoing research into the relationship between policing and people experiencing homelessness in Abbotsford. The work supported the development of a potential outreach framework tailored to local needs, with the aim of informing a more compassionate, coordinated, and community-aligned approach to supporting individuals who are unhoused.
Student involvement
The student conducted a comparative review of outreach models used across Canada and internationally, assessing their effectiveness and identifying practices that may strengthen local outreach efforts in Abbotsford.
