Project description
A series of short interview videos with Fraser Valley educators to support accurate, accessible communication about SOGI 123 education. The project aims to counter misinformation, reassure parents, and provide clear, factual guidance about what SOGI-inclusive education does and does not cover. These videos, along with curated resources and FAQs, will be hosted on a dedicated page under the School of Education to support both teachers and families.
Student involvement
Students helped develop the project wireframe and supported the production of the website. They filmed and edited seven educator interviews, created transcripts for translation, and researched reliable resources for teachers and parents. They also contributed to the development of outreach and marketing materials that will guide families and educators to the final website.
