Project description

This project strengthened the research base for an educational classroom resource examining settler colonialism and the psychology that underpins it. The work focused on how Stó:lō communities in the Pacific Northwest experienced and responded to colonial pressures throughout the contact era, ensuring the resource is grounded in accurate history and Indigenous perspectives.

Student involvement

The student transcribed audio interviews and conducted a targeted literature review to deepen the historical and conceptual framing of the resource.
