This project involved the development of a website dedicated to sharing sxwoxwiyám (Stó:lō Transformer stories). The project aims to support the repatriation of these oral histories to Stó:lō communities while educating the broader public on their cultural significance. Through accessible design and careful curation, the website emphasizes the sacred connection between these stories and the land, advocating for the recognition and protection of related cultural sites.
Student involvement
A PARC graphic design student collected sxwoxwiyám and designed the site where they were to be hosted.
