Adult Basic Education (ABE)

Adult Basic Education can help you complete high school and earn your Adult Graduation Diploma (Adult Dogwood). Courses can also be used to meet university program prerequisites.

Adult Basic Education University Preparation (ABEUP)

If you do not have your high school graduation, Adult Basic Education University Preparation can help you get ready for university studies and meet entrance requirements for your chosen program. As an ABEUP student, you can enroll in up to 3 first-year university courses while taking upgrading classes.

B.C. Adult Graduation Diploma (High school graduation / Adult Dogwood)

Adults who did not graduate from high school can complete high school with the BC Adult Graduation Diploma (Adult Dogwood). Adult Basic Education courses at UFV count toward graduation. Book an appointment with a UUP assistant to figure out which courses you need.

Workplace Training in Attitudes, Skills, and Knowledge (TASK) certificate

The TASK pre-employment program is for adult students with disabilities who want to explore employment opportunities and prepare for a job.
