Check the exam booking schedule

Assessment Services offers daytime and evening exam invigilation at the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses for paper-based and computer-based exams. Select an available date and time from the Exam Booking Schedule‌ that will give Assessment Services three business days of notice. 

Most exam blocks are three hours. For special requests or accommodations, please email assessinfo@ufv.ca for more information.

To book an exam invigilation at the Hope Centre campus September 1 to June 15, contact Michelle Vandepol at michelle.vandepol@ufv.ca or call 604-869-9991.

Complete the book an exam form

Book an exam

You must complete the Book an Exam‌ form at least three business days in advance.

Note: As of September 1st, 2022 the Invigilation fee for exams up to 3 hours will be $60 tax included and for exams up to 3.5 hours will be $70.

Wait for a confirmation email

Assessment Services will schedule the appointment and send you a confirmation email.

Contact the institution you will write the exam for

Once your appointment has been confirmed, contact the institution you will write the exam for, and provide them with UFV’s mailing address and contact information listed below.

Your institution may have additional forms and/or processes to follow when booking invigilation services from another institution. It is your responsibility to ensure you have followed these processes and provided your institution with any information they require related to your exam booking with UFV.

Pay the invigilation fee

NOTE: As of September 1st, 2022, the invigilation fee for non-UFV exams up to 3 hours will be $60 tax included and for non-UFV exams up to 3.5 hours will be $70.

If you are writing a non-UFV exam with Assessment Services, you will be charged an invigilation fee.

There is a $60 fee for each exam booking (up to three hours) and $10 for each additional hour or portion thereof. This fee also applies if you are a current or former UFV student writing an exam for an institution other than UFV.

Payment options

You must pay in Assessment Services when you come to write your exam. Payment is due before you begin your exam.

Assessment Services will collect completed exams and return them to the testing institution. You are responsible for courier fees if the sending institution does not provide a postage-paid envelope.
