How to Register

Click the 'CareerLink for Employers' button or login here
Click the 'Sign Up And Post Job' link to register for a new account and post your job description
Once your account and job posting have been approved, you will receive a welcome message in your email with instructions on how to access CareerLink applications

Before posting a job, make sure you check out the Job Posting Guidelines. All volunteer postings must adhere to the CareerLink Volunteer Posting Guidelines. Please note that all employer registrations and job postings must be approved by the Centre for Experiential and Career Education.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Centre for Experiential and Career Education post my jobs for me?

No; employers are responsible for posting their job opportunities on CareerLink.

If I just signed up, do I have access to my account right away?

No; all employer registrations are screened by the Centre for Experiential and Career Education (CECE). CECE tries to approve registrations within five (5) business days, depending on the volume of requests received. If your employer registration is approved, you will receive an email with your log in details.

If I just posted a job, will students be able to see it right away?

No; all job postings are screened by CECE prior to approval. If your posting is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. If your posting is not approved, it may be because it went against the Centre's Job Posting Guidelines. Make sure to read these carefully before posting a job.
