This course is perfect if you are a front-line food service worker such as cook, server, busser, dishwasher, or deli worker who needs to learn about food handling, sanitation, and work safety. Thoroughly review food safety and worker safety information. Hear about the dangers of foodborne illnesses. Learn safety practices to receive, store, prepare and serve food, as well as clean and sanitize.

Exam is included in course fee.
