The Fraser Valley Regional Science Fair is an in-person event. The following tentative schedule will give you a sense of what to expect for our 2026 Science Fair. Venue: Evered Hall in the Student Union Building.

| 4:00-6:00 pm | Students will sign in and set up their projects in Evered Hall, Student Union Building at UFV in preparation for judging. |

DIVISIONAL JUDGING (Grades 7-12) Students to be at the project display, ready to discuss their work with the judges. Participants need to arrive at 11:30 am, no earlier. ONLY Judges and students are to be in the display area during the adjudication, this will be strictly enforced. |
| 3:00-5:30 pm |
SPECIAL AWARDS JUDGING (Grades K-12) Students to be at the project display, ready to discuss their work with the judges. Participants need to arrive at 2:30 pm, no earlier. ONLY Judges and students are to be in the display area during the adjudication, this will be strictly enforced. |
| 5:30-6:00 pm |
Participants are to clean up their areas and take their projects home. |
