Courtney has been part of the University of the Fraser Valley community since 2015 after graduating with her BCIS. She started as a Learning Designer with the Teaching and Learning Centre in 2022. In her role, she works closely with instructors to build and manage their courses in Brightspace. She also administers workshops in MS Office, Adobe, and other technical tools. She enjoys helping instructors and staff feel confident in the use of digital technologies.

Courtney’s research focuses on online pedagogy and the mental health of students in online courses. She is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive digital communities.
