COVID-19 updates

Given the circumstances around COVID-19, in-person services are not available. Transcript request orders can be emailed to or submitted through your myUFV account. Check for the latest updates on COVID-19.

Your transcript is your official record of courses taken and grades earned.

You need an official transcript if you are transferring to another institution. We recommend that you order transcripts to be sent directly to the institution whenever possible.

Requesting a transcript

You can now request a transcript online through myUFV for standard mail delivery or pick up on the Abbotsford, Mission or Chilliwack campus. (pick up not available due to COVID-19 Guidelines)

You can also make a request to any of the Office of the Registrar location by any of the following methods:

*Phone request option is only available if you want your transcript to be sent directly to another BC public post-secondary institution.

Picture ID is required in order to pick up transcripts. If a 3rd party is going to pick up your transcript, please ensure you have completed the “3rd Party Authorization” section of the request form and that they have picture ID.

Transcripts are produced in Chilliwack. Please, allow a minimum of three business days for transcripts to be processed. Make sure to also account for delivery time.

Transcript cost

Transcripts are $10 per copy.

Additional charges apply for the following services:

  • Faxed transcript: add $15
  • Rush (next day service): add $15
  • Courier:
      • Within Canada: add $25
      • USA: add $30
      • International: add $35
