Ready to nominate someone who has had a significant impact our the community?

Your nomination package needs to clearly explain the accomplishments of the person, group, or not-for-profit you are nominating. The selection committee will only consider the information and supporting documents provided in the nomination package when making their decisions. For that reason, it is crucial to submit a strong nomination that aligns their achievements with the award criteria.
