UFV Service Excellence Awards are presented annually to recognize and celebrate UFV staff and faculty excellence in service, leadership, and teamwork that supports the values, mission, and goals of UFV.
Launched in 2016 by the UFV Board of Governors, current UFV faculty and staff can be nominated in three categories: UFV Staff Excellence Award, the UFV Inspirational Leadership Award, and the UFV Teamwork Award.
Award winners will be recognized at an annual employee recognition event and receive a monetary prize to be used for professional development.
Nominate an individual or team that you think deserves recognition before March 2, 2018.
Permanent UFV staff and faculty (FSA and exempt) employed by the University on a continuous basis for at least three years as of December 31 of the nomination year are eligible.
Senior administrators and current members of Service Excellence Award Selection Committees, or those who have received this award in the past five years, are not eligible.
UFV faculty or staff (FSA and exempt), students, alumni, or members of the Board of Governors who are not in a conflict of interest may nominate candidates for the award. Please review conflict of interest policies to make sure you are eligible to nominate.
