Change of Address (new online process)

To change your address with UFV:

  • Log onto myufv.ca
    • Select Personal Information
    • Select Update Your Address
    • Follow the instructions provided

Note: You will also need to change your address with the benefit providers.

To change your address with the benefit providers:

Manulife:

  • Log onto Manulife
    • Select Group Plans
    • Select Group Benefits
    • Sign in
    • Select My Profile
    • Select edit contact information

College Pension Plan:

  • Log onto College Pension Plan
    • Select My Account
    • Click the arrow next to name
    • Click on My Profile and "change" (next to address)

Municipal Pension Plan:

  • Log onto Municipal Pension Plan
    • Select My Account
    • Click the arrow next to name
    • Click on My Profile and "change" (next to address)

Canada Life (UFV's Group RRSP Plan

  • Log onto Canada Life
    • Select Plan Members (under access my account)
    • Select Profile
    • Select Update Address
