Desk stretches

Keep moving throughout the day

If you spend long periods sitting at a computer, you may experience stiffness or even lower back pain. Take short movements breaks every 30 minutes or so, adjust your posture, and go through the stretch routine below as needed. Always check with your doctor about specific stretches that may be best for you.
