Before Fall 2026: You need to take non-ECE courses as outlined in the Academic Calendar. These courses can be completed at any campus the courses are offered. Please see:

HSER 120 is typically offered every semester.

Starting Fall 2026: You need to take one of the following non-ECE courses: CMNS 125, CMNS 140, CMNS 180, or HSER 120. These courses can be completed at any campus the courses are offered. See Communications (CMNS) upcoming courses. HSER 120 is typically offered every semester.

Some courses will be offered at the Chilliwack campus until the end of Winter 2026. Please refer to the official timetable.
