Cameron (she/her) graduated from UFV in 2024, with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with Co-operative Education. During her time as a student at UFV, she spent nearly 2 years working with UFV’s Office of Sustainability team where her passion for holistic sustainability, and community engagement and collaboration grew. A key project that she feels honoured to have been a part of leading while with this team is the UFV Native Pollinator Garden, which you can visit on the Abbotsford campus!
Following her time at UFV, she pursued an Advanced Diploma in Sustainable Business Leadership from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Her capstone project focused on researching the circular economy, specifically through creating resources to help support and advance circular procurement models across Canada.
Her passion for viewing the world through a systems thinking lens and continuous efforts to strengthen her understanding of its interconnectedness, are what make her eager to continue playing a role in the acceleration of sustainable change within her community and beyond.
