What is Concur?
The Concur Online Tool provides an end-to-end travel request and booking solution that will:
- Reduce costs
- Save time
- Eliminate paper
If you do not want to use Concur, you can also contact a travel advisor through Vision Travel who will be happy to help you.
Do I have to book with Vision Travel?
Travellers are required to book their travel with Vision Travel when traveling on university business. This includes travel for PD and study tours.
If I am booking PD Travel, do I have to book through Vision Travel?
Yes. All travel must be booked through Vision Travel. Because the post-secondary sector has negotiated lower rates for certain airlines, and all discounts are loaded in the system for hotels (ie. CAUBO rates, government rates, etc), you may find booking through Vision Travel will help save you money.
